Communication Skills Coaching Package
A typical intervention for an individual is usually based on the following structure:
- set-up and agree broad outcomes together with organisational sponsor
- 4 x two hour face to face sessions (at my office near Farnham, Surrey, unless agreed otherwise)
- interim ad hoc telephone and email coaching
- spaced over a period of up to six months
- Inclusive fee of £1500
All coaching conversations are completely confidential and in line with the ICF code of ethics to which I subscribe.
